Standard ground shipping is used for all orders with a flat rate fee of $3.99 USD on shipments within the continental U.S. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $50 USD in the continental U.S., after discounts and before sales tax. For all international orders and those outside the continental U.S., shipping rates will be calculated based on order weight and the destination address.

Processing

Processing time is generally 2-4 days per order and orders are shipped out Monday through Friday from our location in Lake Orion, Michigan or from our printing partner’s locations. Some orders may arrive in separate shipments if sent from different locations. Processing times for selected products may be slightly longer. Some examples include woven blankets and certain items that require more time for requested design services or personalization.

Tracking

Orders are tracked via USPS and UPS. Shipment and delivery notices will be sent via email.
