Refund policy

You are always welcome to return or exchange the products you purchase from City Sparrow. 

You’ll have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. Items must be returned to us in new and unused condition unless returned as faulty or damaged. 

Refunds 

How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. You will receive a full refund of the product price paid once we receive your returned item(s).

Please note that monogrammed and personalized items are non-returnable.

When will I get my refund? 

Once we receive your return, please allow 14-21 business days for your return to be processed and for your bank to post the refund to your account in the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

What if my return is late? 

After 30 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible for return.

How to Return a Purchased Item 

Please email us at support@citysparrow.com with a brief message including your name, email address, order number and reason for return.

When your return is approved we will send you an email with our return address. Repackage the item and take your parcel to any post office.

Make sure to have your return dropped off within 30 days of receiving your order to receive your refund.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to use a tracked delivery method and obtain proof of postage when you post the item(s) if desired. City Sparrow cannot be held responsible for missing packages on the customer’s behalf so we recommend saving your tracking information.

What Happens Next 

We’ll send you an email when we’ve received your return in its original condition and processed it.  You will receive a refund within 14-21 business days depending on the payment method you used for purchasing the returned item.

If you paid by credit/debit card, we will refund the balance to your credit/debit card.

If you paid using PayPal, we will refund the balance to your PayPal account. 

Returning a Damaged or Incorrect Item 

In cases where the return of item(s) is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will also refund the postage paid for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you for returning the item.

Please return the item to us so that we can process the refund. If you’re unable to return the item, please contact us at support@citysparrow.com so we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Non-refundable Items 

Items that have been monogrammed or personalized are not eligible for return. We understand that buying a non-refundable item is a commitment, so if you have any questions about any item, please reach out to us before placing your order.
